Take a virtual tour of the Aurora Hub

The Aurora Hub is our home - a place to belong.

The Aurora Hub is the heart of Northern Lights - a warm, welcoming and safe space created for people living with Parkinson’s, their families and carers. It’s a place to connect, feel understood and access friendship, activities, wellbeing support and practical help in a relaxed, non-clinical environment.

Whether you’ve just been diagnosed, have been living with Parkinson’s for many years, or support someone who is, you’re never alone at the Aurora Hub. We’ve got you.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Walking through the door for the first time can sometimes feel like the hardest part, but at the Aurora Hub, you’ll be among friends from the moment you arrive. Pop in, have a cup of tea or coffee, meet the team and take your time getting to know us and the space around you.

There’s no pressure and no expectations. Share your story if and when you feel ready, ask questions, or simply sit back and enjoy the company. Whatever brings you through our doors, you’ll find a warm welcome, friendly faces and people who understand.

Our Reiki, reflexology and physiotherapy sessions are available by appointment and must be booked in advance. Our gym and exercise sessions will run at scheduled times, with an up-to-date timetable shared across our social media channels so members know exactly when sessions are available.

Come in, take a look around and see what the Aurora Hub can offer you - you’ll always be welcome.
